It has been a whirlwind of activity, hard work, and growth for Gig Harbor Brewing over the past four years. Expanding at least once a year over that time, Gig Harbor has more than doubled their brewing capacity with new larger fermentation tanks, tripled their cold storage with a brand-new cooler, and streamlined operations with their own canning line — all while opening a second taproom in Gig Harbor a year and a half ago.

“We’ve pretty much maxed out our current brew space in Tacoma,” said owner, John Fosberg, “so if we do decide to further expand the brewery operations, we’ll be looking for a new space. Right now, we don’t have any plans to do that, but we do have other growth and partnership opportunities mapped out for 2020 and beyond that we are very excited about.”
