Beer Release – Bellingham Beer Week 4, Fremont Brewing

Not to be confused with the official Bellingham Beer Week brew (read about it), Fremont Brewing is releasing it’s annual Bellingham Beer Week Beer. It is currently on tap at the brewery and they’ll release bottles on Labor Day weekend. Here’s the release info from the brewery:

Description: It is our great honor to brew this, our fourth annual Bellingham Beer Week beer, to say Thank You to the amazing craft beer community in the fine alternative universe of Bellingham.

This beer is made with 100% organic Citra hops grown in our hop fields in the Cowiche Canyon near Yakima. We began the Cowiche program to promote the organic hop industry in Washington state. 10% of all proceeds from the sale of this beer will be donated to the Cowiche Canyon Conservancy.

Down & Dirty: 2-Row Pale, Weyermann Pilsner, and Honey malts with Citra hops.
