It’s that time of the year! Triple IPA season. Sumerian Brewing of Woodinville, WA offers the following notes for the release of its Insanity Triple IPA.
The Insanity Triple IPA will be featured at Peaks and Pints Washington Hop Mob Triple IPA Roadshow in Tacoma from 11 a.m. to 11p.m. Friday, Feb. 3.
This bold but dry Triple-IPA is made with our hop growers in mind! Insanity boasts a 10.2% ABV and uses some of Yakima valley’s most notorious hops! Simcoe, Amarillo, CTZ and Centennial make up the 98+ IBU hop profile, with a big focus on late and dry hopping… 3x’s in the fermenter! Made once a year, with what seems to be a financially irresponsible amount of hops. It’s insane how good it is! Cheers to our fellow Northwest IPA lovers!
