Spinnaker Bay Brewing Releases Seasonal Beer – Island Time Coconut Porter
Hillman City, Seattle, Wash. – Spinnaker Bay Brewing is proud to introduce Island Time™ Coconut Porter. This is our third year producing our much anticipated Island Time Coconut Porter. The release will be held at Spinnaker Bay Brewing Wednesday December 9th 5718 Rainier Ave. S. beginning at 3:00 p.m.
Visitors to Spinnaker Bay Brewing will find that the Island Time Coconut Porter, made with hand toasted flaked coconut, has a creamy subtle coconut flavor and aroma pairing well with the robust mocha flavor of our original porter @ 7.2% ABV. In the brewery’s tradition, the beer is named within a nautical theme.

The boating industry has had a great impact on the overall theme and business model of Spinnaker Bay Brewing. Each of its craft beers has a unique nautical inspiration, hailing the names of similarly special boats in the lives of the brewers: Fraid Knot™ Pale Ale, Don’t Panic!™ Robust Porter, and A Little Dinghy Blonde™ German Style Blonde Ale to name a few. Island Time Coconut Porter is the latest release for the two and a half year old small batch brewery.
