Beer Release – Van Hagar Session Pale, Hi-Fi Brewing

We just learned about a new beer being released by Hi-Fi Brewing in Redmond: Van Hagar Session Pale Ale. Release day is tomorrow, Saturday, August 8th. The word from the brewery:

Van Hagar: A pale ale for when you don’t want to rock so hard. At a sessionable 4% ABV and 32 IBU, this beer is a little lighter than your average pale ale but still screams with flavor.

Kind of like Van Halen after Sammy Hagar joined—more keyboards and ballads, but still plenty of guitar shredding. The light lemony touch of Sorachi Ace hops twinkles on top of the woody spice of Liberty and Crystal. Pale malt, oats, and wheat work together to keep the malt flavor light without letting the body get too thin. Available in the Hi-Fi Brewing taproom starting Saturday August 8th.
