Bellingham Beer Week – April 19th thru 27th

 

As plans for Seattle Beer Week (May 9th thru 19th) are being finalized, Bellingham is on brink of its annual celebration of beer. This year Bellingham Beer Week runs from April 19th thru 27th, with more than 30 breweries and tap houses participating in the festivities.

It all kicks off on Friday, April 19th with a series of parties, brewery events, speakers, special beer releases, and more. The whole thing wraps up on Saturday, April 27th with April Brews Day Festival, the annual beer fest in downtown Bellingham featuring dozens of regional breweries.

Friday, April 19th – Kulshan Brewing – 4th Annual Beer Olympic Games. Twenty-two teams will compete in 8 Beer Olympic games for Bronze, Silver, and Gold medals (and bragging rights). Amazing prize packages for the winners, beer specials. All are welcome to spectate or participate.

Saturday, April 20th – Stone’s Throw Brewing – Block Party! Live bands, food trucks, games, and free entry for all ages.

Saturday, April 20th – Boundary Bay Brewery – Cedar Dust Alley, downtown Bellingham’s Mountain Bike Festival. A beer-fueled fundraiser for the Whatcom Mountain Bike Coalition.

Friday, April 27th – Aslan Depot – The Funk Forum. A celebration of wild, sour, and mixed culture beer from select breweries from around the world.

Saturday, April 28th – April Brews Day – At the Market Depot, downtown across the street from Boundary Bay Brewery. 65 breweries, 12 food trucks, three bands.
