Best of the Northwest – call for beer entries

As readers of this blog may know, I am a regular contributor to Sip Northwest magazine. Each year Sip puts together a big panel of beer experts and conducts a taste-test to determine “The Best of the Northwest.”

It’s a double-blind tasting, beers are divided by styles, all that stuff. It’s not exactly a scientific measure of which beers are the best, but the panel of experts does an admirable job. In other words, when we unveil the winners, we discover that the panel has selected some great beers.

This is a call for beers! Sip Northwest wants to make sure all breweries in the Northwest know that it is time to submit beers for judging. Many breweries have already been contacted, some have not. If you want to submit beer, click here.
