Beveridge Place Pub announces the final 3 IPAs

We have been following the 2010 Hoptoberfest tournament at the Beveridge Place Pub with bated breath, waiting to see which Washington IPA wins.  You can read our previous posts about Hoptoberfest here.

Yesterday the Beveridge Place Pub announced the final three: Boundary Bay IPA, Black Raven Trickster IPA, and Two Beers Evolutionary IPA. Through November 2nd, patrons will be allowed to cast one ballot per day for their favorite. The winner will be announced on November 4th at 8:00 p.m. during the first night of Cask-o-Rama — the Beveridge Place Pub’s annual 3-day celebration of cask-conditioned IPA. For the next year (2011) the winner of Hoptoberfest will be poured as the house IPA at the Beveridge Place.

  1. This place is a rip off. The happy hour sucks. The games are nice. The people who work there are generally aholes, with some exceptions. Did I mention the beer is way overpriced?

  2. Kim. Beaux, Yes this is a general consensus I get from most beer nerds that i talk to, as well as mine. I know its hard to admit, when they sell so much trickster for you:)

  3. Since you’re speaking on behalf of the beer drinking community at large is there anything else we should know. Where else, what else and who else sucks… according to the General Consensus of Beer Nerds.

  4. I’m gonna have to go ahead and respectfully disagree with ya there. I have always found the BPP staff to be exceptionally nice. Sorry to hear that, and a little stunned too.
