Beveridge Place Pub patrons raise over $3K for Haiti

The event was organized in just three days – a silent auction, a raffle for swag, and hot dogs. Of course, all of those good things were complimented by the Beveridge Place Pub’s outstanding selection of beer. In the end, Sunday’s Dogs for Docs event raised $3,337 for Doctors Without Borders’ Haitian relief efforts.

Cheers to publicans Gary and Teri Sink, as well as the Beveridge Place staff who worked their tails off when a huge crowd showed up to party on what would have otherwise been a quiet Sunday afternoon. A special shout out to Teri Ensley, the Bev Place patron who came up with the idea and did most of the leg work.

Great job everybody! It was a mother-beautiful event for a most worthy cause.
