Big Al's One Year Anniversary

It seems like only yesterday that we first visited Big Al’s Brewery in White Center, but this coming weekend Big Al’s will celebrate their one year anniversary. Time sure does fly.
Maybe the time has flown by because Big Al’s Brewery so quickly established itself as a great brewery, creating tasty beers in the old Pacific Rim brewery. Big Al and his crew have quickly turned the brewery into the jewel of White Center. They’ve done such a great job of bringing the old place back to life that it’s hardly recognizable. In addition to the Abbey Wheat, the Irish Red and the other regular Big Al’s offerings, we have been particularly impressed with the Local Hero line of beers — quarterly seasonals based on selected home brewer’s recipes.
Best of all, Alejandro “Big Al” Brown is a really nice guy with a passion for great beer. We congratulate him on his first year and wish him the best of luck for many, many years to come.
You’re all invited to come out this coming weekend and celebrate at the brewery.
