Big news about Belgianfest – beer list and tickets

The much-anticipated beer list for the first-ever Belgianfest is starting to come together.
Jeff Smiley (Baron Brewing and Three Skulls Brewing) is spearheading the special WABL beer project. It’s going to be a blended beer made with different Belgianfest beers from several participating breweries. Jeff is soliciting breweries, taking notes, and then the group will collectively decide what the blend should be. The actual blending will happen just before the event, when most beers are ready, so no one knows what the beer is going to be like until the event.
Below, we list just some of the beers that are currently on the list, which continues to grow. We will publish the complete list once it has been finalized.
Tickets for Belgianfest are available online at www.washingtonbeer.com/belgian. They are also available at select outlets. The list of ticket outlets is at the end of this post.
