Black Raven Brewing and Tom Douglas Restaurants Team Up for a Very Special Beer Dinner at Cuoco

Tom Douglas Restaurants invites you to join them at Trattoria Cuoco on Wednesday, March 26th  for a very special beer dinner featuring the beers of Black Raven Brewing — una cena speciale birra con Black Raven, as they would say in the old country.  Not long ago, Tom Douglas Restaurants upped the ante in the beer game, adding more draft beers at several of its restaurants, including Cuoco. The upcoming event with Black Raven Brewing is the first beer dinner at Cuoco. The menu and other details are below.

The beer pundits all agree. Black Raven is worthy of the long lines at beer festivals, the ballyhooed bottle releases, and the other hysteria that seems to follow the Redmond-based brewery wherever it goes. There is no denying it; this is one of the region’s greatest breweries. Black Raven’s beers are artistic, inventive, distinguished, and delicious. For writers like me, Black Raven Brewing constantly challenges the limits of my adjectival dexterity.

By the way, cuoco is the Italian word for cook. Birra is Italian for beer. Finally, cena is Italian for dinner. Trattoria Cuoco focuses on the cusine of Northern Italy. Black Raven focuses on the beers of East King County. Should be a delicious pairing.
