Boundary Bay Bootlegger Barrel Series – 5 Beers Being Released this Month

On Friday, December 11th, at 6:00 P.M., Boundary Bay Brewery invites you to join them in Bellingham as it releases five beers from the Bootlegger Barrel Series. The event takes place in the New Mountain Room. The five beers are Cabin Fever, Scotch-Style Ale, two variations of Imperial Oatmeal Stout, and Cedar Dust IPA. Boundary Bay aged all of the beers in Chuckanut Bay Distillery’s Hungarian oak whiskey barrels or American oak bourbon barrels.

“Beer & spirits go hand in hand. Coincidentally, we share an alley with Chuckanut Bay Distillery,” Operations Manager, Casey Diggs says. “It’s nice to have friends/neighbors that care deeply about the craft community.”

The event is free to attend. All releases will be on tap for tasters and goblets. A 5-ounce pour for $4.50, a flight of five 5-ounce pours for $20, or a 10-ounce goblet for $8.00.

“This is a very unique opportunity to experience a different side of Boundary Bay Brewery,” Diggs says. “We’re so excited to taste and share our collection of barrel-aged beers.”
