For the first time, Chef John Howie’s Beardslee Public House in Bothell will host a brewers dinner. The event takes place on Tuesday, March 21st at 6:00 PM.
You are invited to join brewers Drew Cluley and Paige Zahnle for a five-course dinner that will see each course paired with one of their house-brewed beers. The cost is $60 per person. For reservations call Michelle Camp at (425) 286-1408.
Guests will have the opportunity to purchase the limited bottling of barley wine 2 packs at a discounted price.

Third Course: Stump Grinder Pale Ale paired with Oven Roasted Pacific Yearling Oysters with House Cured Bacon and Smoked Gouda Sauce
Fourth Course: Greenleaf IPA paired with Oven Roasted Pork loin Chop served with Sautéed Onions and Bell Peppers, in a Chipotle sauce and topped with Chimichurri
