Starting tomorrow (Wednesday, Oct. 13th) Brouwer’s Cafe in Seattle will turn its attention to Washington-brewed beers. They will be pouring nothing but Washington beer for a week. When Brouwer’s says that they’re switching out all of the taps, it’s no small feat. The venerable Fremont beer mecca features as many as 64 beers on tap at any given moment.
