This year Cider Summit Seattle features over 150 ciders, meads, and cider cocktails including regional favorites and international classics. Some of the industry’s leading cidermakers will attend the event to inform and guide guests through the tastings. Several cidermakers will also compete in the Oregon Fruit Products Fruit Cider Challenge, creating small-batch fruit ciders with Oregon Fruit Products’ puree. Festivalgoers can vote for their favorite via text, with the winners announced at the conclusion of the event.
