Filmmakers partner with brewery to launch new cannabis-inspired IPA.
Bothell, WA: Today, Star Leaf Enterprises, LLC, announced that a STAR LEAF™ branded IPA has arrived on our planet for adult human consumption. ‘First contact’ with this extra-terrestrial brew happens July 8th, 2017 at 8pm at Decibel Brewing in Bothell, Washington.

According to lore in the 2015 award-winning movie STAR LEAF, smoking or using STAR LEAF™ cannabis allows users to explore human consciousness and the innermost secrets of the universe, without letting alien karma feeders hijack their highs. While adventure and humor abound in the movie, issues facing combat veterans are explored in some depth as well. The film stars Russell Hodgkinson of the hit SyFy series “ZNation”, a veteran himself of the Army’s 82nd Airborne Division.
While containing no actual THC, this new STAR LEAF Black IPA uses some of the dankest hops on the planet to mimic a cannabis-infused smell and taste, creating a unique flavor and experience for fans of IPA beer craft.
