Dru Bru teams up with Tom Douglas Restaurants

CONTEST IS NOW CLOSED

Dru Bru, the brewery at Snoqualmie Pass, has teamed up with Tom Douglas Restaurants to create a new collaboration beer: Serious Bru. The beer will be released on Wednesday, November 9th. We’re giving away a pair of tickets to the official release party at Serious Pie (Westlake location). See contest info below.

The SRSLY Old School “Serious Bru” Party will include all sorts of old school pleasures, like lumpy couches, old school video games, beer and pizza.

“Serious Pie and Dru Bru have partnered to celebrate our mutual love and appreciation for pizza and beer. Great pizza starts with the crust, and great beer starts with the water. Serious Bru is crafted with unfiltered Snoqualmie Pass mountain water, Bohemian Pilsner malts and Czech Saaz hops to put forth a complex maltiness with a soft bitterness. Modeled after an old world Bohemian Pilsner, Serious Bru is a perfect accompaniment to the lightly textured, wood fired blistered crusts topped with seasonal veggies, housemade charcuterie and world class cheeses that top a Serious Pie.”

  1. Dahlia- cause the triple coconut cream pie is the best dessert in town. In fact, Dahlia and seattle brewers are both slacking. There really needs to be a Dahlia triple coconut cream ale on nitro.
