Elysian Brewing opens Georgetown taproom this Thursday

Yes, I know some of you would prefer that I never again mention the name at all, as if our silence can somehow change reality. But THIS IS NEWS. If any other brewery in Seattle were opening a new taproom, you’d read about it here.  THAT is why I’m posting this.

This Thursday, November 9th, Elysian Brewing celebrates the opening of its new taproom in Georgetown at the production brewery. The beer-only taproom welcomes dogs and kids of all ages. At the Grand Opening event, drink $2 pints all night, take a tour of the brewery (happening every hour), enjoy complimentary food (provided by Syd Suntha from Bread and Circuses), play games, and groove to tunes provided by DJ Sharlese of KEXP.

The Elysian Taproom has 20 taps, cask-conditioned beers, and rotating food trucks every week. Located in Seattle’s Georgetown neighborhood at 5410 Airport Way S, in the North Building of our Airport Way Brewery. Flights, special releases, live music, growler fills, kegs to go, and bottle sales are coming. Come check out our new location!

  1. Hasn’t this taproom been open for some time? My wife and I had a beer there several weeks ago. Maybe this is just an “official” grand opening gala?
