G. Love’s Special Sauce and GoodLife Brewing coming to Brouwer’s on June 21

G. Love and Special Sauce is coming to Brouwer’s Cafe in Seattle. I mean that in a couple of different ways. First up, I’m talking about G. Love of the band G. Love and Special Sauce, a three-piece hip-hop kind of bluesy R & B outfit from Philadelphia. Maybe you recognize the name: they have enjoyed some success over the years. Garrett Dutton is the G. Love in G. Love and Special Sauce — he’s the singer, guitar player guy. Apparently Garrett formed a relationship of sorts with GoodLife Brewing of Bend, Oregon.

Anyway, this friendship between musician and brewery led to the creation of G. Love’s Special Sauce IPA, which then spawned a Pacific Northwest music and beer tour. G. Love and GoodLife have six stops planned around the PNW, including a gig at Brouwer’s Cafe in Seattle on June 21st at 6:00.
