GABF results – Chuckanut and others hoist hardware

The Great American Beer Festival is perhaps the most prestigious beer competition in North America. Medals are highly coveted. The event took place this past weekend in Denver and the results have been announced. Once again our Washington breweries made us proud.

Congratulations to Chuckanut Brewery and Kitchen of Bellingham. In addition to taking home the award for Best Small Brewing Company of the Year, they won four other medals.

Congratulations to Fish Brewing, which brought home two medals in one category. Amazing! Equally amazing, two of the three medals awarded in the Classic English-Style Pale Ale category went to Washington breweries (Silver City and Big Time). A number of other Washington breweries brought home hardware from Denver this year. Congrats to all!
