Ghostfish Brewing, Seattle’s award-winning gluten-free brewery, is hosting a party tomorrow to celebrate the launch of Winter Coat, the company’s winter seasonal beer brewed in collaboration with Tony’s Coffee of Bellingham.
“To celebrate the release of this wonderful beer, Ghostfish Gastropub Chefs Michael and Lisa will be releasing special food menu items incorporating various coffee styles from Tony’s Coffee. They’re keeping the final menu a little secretive, but I am hearing some rumors of “coffee-rubbed ribs”, “coffee spiced chili”, and something featuring a “coffee mole sauce”. They are also planning to share lots of small plate food samples throughout the event.”
“Obviously, this evening wouldn’t be possible without the Winter Coat Coffee Porter. To showcase how excited we are about this new beer we plan to offer special bottle (22oz) and case pricing. We also plan to feature the beer in lots of fun ways such as serving it on nitro and mixing in a few flavor infusions.”
