Today Gig Harbor Brewing announcing that it recently signed a new distribution agreement with Crown Distributing. The Tacoma-based brewery’s beers will soon be available in Snohomish, Skagit, Island, San Juan, Clallam, and Jefferson counties. The company’s beers are already available in five other counties by virtue of a distributor agreement with Olympic Eagle Distributing.

“We’re very exciting to be partnering with an organization like Crown Distributing,” said brewery owner, John Fosberg. “Their level of professionalism and sales success will help us continue to grow and achieve our long-term production-brewery goals.”

Gig Harbor Brewing is also installing two new 20-barrel fermenters to keep up with demand. The new equipment is expected to be up and running by mid-July. This is the second time in 10 months the brewery has increased its fermentation capacity since opening 18 months ago.
