Happening Tonight – Naked City, 99 Bottles, and Ice Harbor

Tonight, we will be at the Naked City Taphouse to welcome Double Mountain Brewing to Seattle. This will be the first officially sanctioned Double Mountain event in the Puget Sound area  Double Mountain co-owners, Matt and Charlie, will have a number of Double Mountain beers to share and tons of prizes to raffle. 6:00 – 9:00.
We visited the Double Mountain brew pub in Hood River not too long ago and it quickly became a new favorite. Excellent beer and a great place. Read our story here.
Down South in Federal Way, 99 Bottles will be hosting an Oscar Blues tasting event. Stop by to sample some canned craft beer.  Beer snobs often look down their noses at canned beer. Oscar Blues will change your opinion. Event runs from 5:00 – 7:30.
Farther South in Steillacoom, Jake’s Bar and Bistro will celebrate its official two year anniversary. Jake will be bringing up some super secret goodies from his cellar and will have it for sale in bottles to celebrate. Stop in, raise a glass with such amazing beers as 06′ and 07′ Old Guardian, 2007 Abyss, 07′ Dick’s “Double” and many more!
To the east, Ice Harbor Brewing will host a special beer dinner at 6:00. It will feature a unique 4-course meal prepared just for the evening. Each course will be paired with a selected beer and a brewer will be there to enlighten you about each beer. Cost is $50 per person. Contact Ice Harbor to reserve your spot.
