Happening this weekend: birthdays, BBQs, blues and more

The weatherman says we’re in luck this weekend. So does the Washington Beer Events Calendar. Birthday parties, a brewers dinner, a BBQ party, live music, and furry faces. Get out there and do something. Celebrate summer while you still can.

Be safe out there. In other words, wear sunscreen.

Friday, August 13

6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.  Porterhouse One Year BirthdayPorterhouse, Seattle. A party that will surely spill out of the bar and restaurant onto the patio. (see our earlier post about this event.) They’ll have beer specials, food specials, and door prizes. They’ll be pouring some special brews from Fremont Brewing and Georgetown Brewing. They’ll also tap one of the first kegs of Dottie’s Seattle Lager from Emerald City Beer Company. (MAP)
