Hellbent Brewing releasing Big Island Toasted Coconut Stout on January 17

On Wednesday, January 17th Hellbent Brewing in Seattle releases its Big Island Toasted Coconut Stout.

According to Randy Embernate, one of the owners at Hellbent Brewing, “I am from the Big Island of Hawaii. I wanted to name a beer that tells a little about where I came from. One of our employees, Ryan Fitts (brewer) is also from the same town. Such a small town I would figure I would know him.. Not the case. Our brothers on the other hand, they know each other.”

Here’s the release announcement from the brewery.
