Hi-Fi Brewing in Redmond celebrates its fourth anniversary with a party at the brewery and taproom on Saturday, October 14th. The event will feature some special-release beers, including the 2017 version of Hi-Fi’s award-winning Pump Up the Volume pumpkin ale. Joe Rovito, one of the partners in the business who also goes by the handle “Chef Vito,” will throws some pies — cooking up his signature Philly-style pizzas. Nobody will go hungry or thirsty. Party is 2:00 – 8:00.
In other news from Hi-Fi Brewing, the business is for sale. According to John Carothers, “It’s been a great four years and I’ve had a blast! But all good things must come to an end. We’re quite close to profitability, but unfortunately we no longer have the cash flow to sustain the leap to our next production level.”
