Holy Mountain beer dinner at Brave Horse Tavern

holy mountain beer dinner

Still a couple months away, but saddle-up quick and get your tickets for this one: a Holy Mountain beer dinner at Brave Horse Tavern.  This is the first Seattle Beer Week event we’ve mentioned on the blog this year. We really do think this one will be something special and a sellout is certain.

By now everyone is aware that Holy Mountain Brewing is the hot stuff around Seattle these days. The brewery opened last October and immediately earned a well-deserved reputation for beers that are creative, uncommon and delicious. Since opening in 2011, Tom Douglas’ beer-focused, adults-only, South Lake Union hotspot has hosted some of the best beer dinners imaginable. No doubt, they’ll knock this one out of the park. See the menu below.

The chefs at Brave Horse Tavern do their best work when presented with uncommon, boldly flavored beers. That’s where Holy Mountain Brewing excels. This is a match made in heaven. Holy matrimony, if you will.

“Our crew is so stoked to host this brewery at the Brave Horse Tavern! Located near the Magnolia bridge off of Elliot in Interbay, Holy Mountain Brewery has focused on barrel-aging and barrel-fermenting to create exciting and intense beers. Chef Joe and his kitchen crew have been studying these beers pint after pint and will be pairing these brews with Dungeness, cured meats, morels and all kinds of seasonal ingredients to give them justice.”
