I Got a Fever… A Spring Fever

Snoqualmie Falls Brewing Company announced today that Spring Fever – their annual vernal offering – is now available. Here is the official word from SFBC’s David Siegel.

Despite what the Groundhog seems to think, Spring is just around the corner! We are proud to release Spring Fever, one of our most highly anticipated seasonals. There is no better beer to knock the cold off you and get you thinking about the warmer months ahead. It is available in the Taproom and at finer beer establishments throughout the Northwest on draft and in 22oz bottles. Keep your eyes peeled, as you can’t miss the new label!

Spring Fever is our Belgian style Grand Cru crafted from Two-row Pale, Munich, Crystal and Belgian Aromatic malts paired with distinctive Columbus and Saaz hops. We add fresh crushed coriander then ferment with an authentic Belgian yeast strain to get a beautiful beer with tropical aromas reminiscent of crushed pineapple and banana.

Original Gravity – 1.070 ¤ International Bitter Units – 32 ¤ Alcohol by volume – 7.0%

  1. We stopped by the Sno Falls taproom this afternoon where we sampled the Spring Fever. Yummy. A beautiful orange-golden hue. Delightfully spicy. Unmistakable corriander accents, but not overwhelming. Find it. Drink it. Relax.
