Last night we attended the Beveridge Place Pub’s first-ever Iron Brewers competition, which ended in a tie. The crowd was perfectly divided between the entry from Schooner Exact Brewing and the entry from Diamond Knot Brewing. The two beers, brewed using orange as the theme ingredient, were remarkably different. Personally, I had a tough time deciding how to vote.
There will be a rematch scheduled. Of course, because this is beer and not food, it’s going to take some time. The beer has to be brewed, right? So we will let you know once a date has been confirmed and the other detail become available.
