Two Brewing Company and Seattle Cider Company currently have four new job openings. They’re expanding the team to include a National Sale Director along with three Sales Associates. Job descriptions and more provided below for both positions.

National Director of Sales

Two Beers Brewing & Seattle Cider Company

Overview: Two Beers Brewing Co. and Seattle Cider Company are in search of an experienced National Director of Sales to join their growing team. The Director of Sales will work closely with, and report to, the Founder on developing comprehensive sales plans on a local and national level for both brands. The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing 30-, 60- and 90-day sales plans, in addition to ongoing quarterly and longterm sales goals. Working directly with multiple markets and multiple distributors to grow and focus sales, the Director will also manage regional sales representatives, working with them to grow their individual markets and achieve assigned sales goals.

Location: Based in Seattle, with travel up to 50% of the time

Pre-Requisite Requirements

• Passion and commitment to building a brand with entrepreneurial spirit

• Team driven, internal drive, a self starter, passionate, high energy, resourceful, responsible, flexible, and strong organization skills

• Preferred 5+ years field sales experience in Beverage or Natural Industry

• 4-year College or University Degree

• Ability to work in a mobile environment and navigate assigned territory (extensive local and national travel, with some overnight trips, based on territory needs)

• Excellent communication skills

• Capable of analyzing information and assembling presentations for buyers

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and ability to learn proprietary software applications

• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

• Clean driving record required

Core Responsibilities

• Be an avid brand ambassador, embodying the Two Beers Brewing and Seattle Cider Company brand, mission, vision and values at all times

• Sales Development

o Develop and execute a multi-channel national strategy

o Develop volume forecasts as needed and communicate with Sales Administration and Supply Chain in an effort to facilitate continuity of supply

o Partner with respective marketing team members to develop and execute marketing activity with assigned accounts

o Identify incremental sales opportunities

o Execute company’s marketing initiatives

o Manage regional sales reps

• Total Account Management

o Build relationships with Regional and National Buyers

o Present new items, develop promotional plans, manage trade budget

• Field Sales

o Seek new business opportunities, support national and local distributor partners in securing new business, assisting on crew drives, providing sales training and merchandising support to assigned distributors

o Build relationships with Regional Managers in key accounts to help support in-store execution

o Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly goals and performance metrics

The Sales Associate will work closely with, and report to, the National Director of Sales on developing comprehensive sales plans on a local level for both brands. The Sales Associate will be responsible for developing 30-, 60- and 90-day sales plans, in addition to ongoing quarterly and long-term sales goals.

Location: Based in Seattle

Core Responsibilities

• Regular ride alongs with wholesaler representatives.

• Visit and maintain contact with retailers, restaurants, bars.

• Fulfill needs of distributors as required (i.e., POS, tap handles, sell sheets, etc….).

• Communicate on daily basis w/ Sales Manager regarding orders, trends, seasonal considerations and all other sales related issues.

• Monitor wholesaler’s inventory and depletions.

• Analyze sales data/ performance on a monthly basis, report at monthly sales meeting.

• Complete company administration requirements on time and regularly, including expense reports, weekly/month recaps, monthly calendar, budget management, and daily e-mail responses.

• Be thoroughly acquainted with every key decision maker or decision influencer in accounts.

• 3+ promos/ staff trainings, 5+ new bottle placements monthly.

• Search for new draft placements while merchandising accounts.

• Visit a minimum of 10+ accounts a day.

• Participate in beer samplings, promotions, beer festivals and all related events.

• Build & maintain relationships by communicating regularly with our distributor sales managers.

• Conduct quarterly sales meetings/ presentations with our distributor’s sales staff.
