Naked City will release a special cask of its legendary Bing spiced cherry ale at the event. Aged on a blend of Washington Bing and Tart Montmorency cherries and cinnamon, Naked City Bing is Christmas in a glass. The holiday ale’s base beer is The Knowledge, an English-style strong old ale brewed with dark malts and balanced with hops. The Knowledge is its own reward, but Bing sweetens the deal.

The festivities continue Friday night with the PhinneyWood Phestivus trolley tours running between Naked City and the Woodland Park Zoo from 6pm to 10pm. The free trolley tours offer a fun way to check out all the holiday monkeys that escaped from the Zoo into the storefronts of neighborhood businesses.

On Saturday, December 9, a special holiday edition of 2nd Saturday Cinema features a free, family-friendly noon screening of the animated classic Frozen. The seasonal film fun continues with a free all ages screening of the holiday classic Elf, starring Will Ferrell, at 6pm, on Saturday, December 23. Both screenings are first come, first served.

Naked City Brewery & Taphouse strives to carry on the rich tradition of the American public house, where great food and delicious beer set the table for community life. Its Screening room hosts a variety of free and ticketed cultural events each month, and is available for private events. Check out full event listings, menu, beverage list and other details at drink.nakedcity.beer.
