WBB is finishing the night at the Beveridge Place where a boisterous crowd is celebrating the Seventh annual Barleywine Bacchanal. We are enjoying strong, small, beautiful b.wines from Fish, Schooner Exact and Elliott Bay among others. According to publican Gary Sink, the crowd has been steady since the fest started yesterday. Come on down.

Saw your tweet but sadly I had just left. Would have been nice to meet.
Sadly, I was just not blown away by my choice of Bear Republic, Elysian, Anacortes, Pike, Moylans or Water Street. A few cases of some astringency in that lot and hardly any of that silky smooth mouth feel….. I’ll have to go back for others……
