Live wrap up from Friday night at the Brewers Fest

Friday at the Washington Brewers Festival was excellent. The weather could not have been better, the crowd exceeded expectations, and even the band was awesome.

If you are not planning on it already, get out here tomorrow. See our previous posts about the event.

“The best Friday ever,” said Eric Radovich, Executive Director of the Washington Beer Commission. “The crowd exceeded anything we imagined, the weather was perfect, and everything went perfectly. Pace yourselves, we’ve got two more days.”

He’s right.

We’ll be back tomorrow to keep you all informed of what is happening as it happens. What’s on the Buzz Cart, where is the Buzz Cart, what beers are people talking about, where are the longest lines, and more. Tonight was a bit of a dry run. Tomorrow we intend to hit the ground running.

  1. Had a great time at the festival. Was happy to score a putt at your booth! Didn’t get to catch a taste of the Peanut Butter Stout from Big Al, as it wasn’t on the Buzz Cart tonight. But good times for those who do manage to get it this weekend! Hope it is more peanut-y versus the version at this year’s Strange Brew Fest.
