Our friends down at Locol in West Seattle are having a rare beer tasting event tonight. Local is a great neighborhood bar with a serious commitment to good beer and good food. Here is what we learned from Kyle at Locol:

Full Sail Hopfenfrisch-Fresh Hop Pilsner. 1 of 3 kegs that made it to WA! “…brewed with fresh harvested Perle hops, a close cousin to the North Brewer hop, these hops give the beer a strong herbal character with classic pils hop aromas. Combined with our lager yeast, these flavors make for a classic pilsner beer which give the beer a pleasant hop character.
