Lowercase Brewing opening new taproom in Georgetown

Last spring, Seattle’s Lowercase Brewing had to shut down its taproom its the brewery in the South Park neighborhood. There were reasons. See our previous story about that situation. At that time, the company announced its plans to open a taproom away from the brewery—a taproom located in nearby Georgetown. Lowercase Brewing just announced the grand opening date for the new location, Friday, November 11.

Knowing that things could get a bit crazy, the grand opening celebration is a ticketed event. Tickets cost $10 but include two drink vouchers, so it’s pretty much just a way to manage the crowd. They will also be some food there, though that plan is still coming together, so keep an eye on the Lowercase Facebook page.

Grand Opening
Friday, November 11, 2016
4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Lowercase Brewing Taproom
6235 Airport Way South
Seattle, WA 98108
