Naked City Introduces New Chef

Since opening in 2008 Naked City Brewery and Taphouse has undergone a couple rounds of expansion. The first round saw the addition of a brewery so that brewmaster Don Webb could dazzle us with his creativity.  That was 2009. They expanded into the space next door and added the “screening room” last spring, increasing seating and event capacity significantly. More recently, Naked City expanded its once-diminutive kitchen and began offering a more robust menu.

Today Naked City Brewery and Taphouse introduced its new chef:Tessa Roberts. Here is the official word from Naked City.

We are delighted to introduce you to the newest member of the Naked City family, Chef Tessa Roberts. In addition to being a warm and fun presence around the pub, Tessa comes to us with one trait we value above many others: she loves cooking with beer! A former sous chef at Collin’s Pub in downtown Seattle and at Hudson American Public House in Lake City, Tessa balances her vast experience in pubs with a strong background in vegetarian cuisine (she was also head chef at Delicious Planet). She’s got it all! At Naked City, Tessa is charged with balancing our delectable sandwiches with entrees, small plates, and specials to please the whole community. Stop in and say hello to Chef Tessa the next time you’re in the pub!
