A new bath of Hyperdrive IPA is releasing today. Throughout these strange times, the beloved Seattle brewery has continued to release new beers and otherwise engage their many fans. Mother’s Day Flowers
Mother’s Day is this Sunday and this year we are excited to offer bouquets of flowers for pre-order, along with a limited number of special flower packages which include a bottle of this year’s sold-out CHOCOLATE BOX: BAHARAT & CHOCOLATE.⠀

We are taking pre-orders on our website through Wednesday, and we will have the farmers on hand at The Taproom on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 10th. All bouquets can be picked up at The Taproom on Mother’s Day beginning at 10am.⠀

Our bouquets are supplied by local farmers who have lost their regular marketplace due to the Coronavirus shutdowns in our city. We’re happy to provide a venue for them to see their gorgeous flowers. ⠀

Chocolate Box: Baharat & Chocolate is an imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels with cocoa nibs, vanilla beans, and a Baharat spice blend (a Middle Eastern blend which includes cumin, paprika, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and more.) We’re pulling a couple of cases of this popular beer out of our cellar, and bottles will only be available with these special Mother’s Day flower packages.⠀

Cinco de Mayo
Cinco de Mayo is Tuesday, and though things are definitely a bit different this year, we’ve still got a great lineup of beers for your socially distanced celebrations.
We still have a limited amount of SOUTHSUN, our Mexican-style lager available in 4pks. This thirst-quenching light lager is balanced, drinkable, and very refreshing. Vienna and Pilsner malts provide the light, smooth body, and delicate Saaz hops pack just the right crisp flavor.
We’ve also just released LEMON-LIME PILSNER, the latest release in our Unbound series, which is all about adding a twist to our favorite year-round beers, and in this case we squeezed in some Lemon and Lime in to our Czech-style Pilsner. Zingy citrus flavors elevate our crisp and clean Pilsner to new heights of refreshment.
We’ll also have a special selection available in growlers and crowlers to-go, check in on our social media on Tuesday for the announcement!
Virtual Crush
Today we are dry-hopping VIRTUAL CRUSH, the latest beer in our Reuben’s Crush series of hazy IPAs and the first to have the dry hop blend completely decided by you, virtually! Last week we conducted a poll on Instagram and the results were conclusive.
With the Coronavirus pandemic, the world has become virtual. In-person meetings are now on Zoom. A drink with friends is now a virtual happy hour. Poker with friends is now played online. We thought it would be fun to take recipe development into this brave, new virtual world, and ask you all to help brew this new beer. We wanted you to decide which hops we’ll dry hop Virtual Crush with!
And the hops in Virtual Crush will be, as chosen by you: Citra, Mosaic, and Summer! These were the top three vote-getters across our polls, and the final blend of the Virtual Crush dry hop is 42% Citra, 33% Mosaic, and 25% Australian Summer. Read more about the flavor profile of all of these hops on our blog, and expect to see 4pks of Virtual Crush soon!
