We just learned of an upcoming beer-food pairing dinner featuring fine beers from Odin Brewing Company paired with delicious food from Smith. The event takes place on Wednesday, January 19th. (Contact and reservation info below.)
A few highlight of the menu (which can be found on Smith’s Facebook page) includes things like venison paired with Freya’s Gold Kolsch and rabbit stew paired with Odin’s Gift Ruby Ale. Shut up!
Odin Brewing Company and Smith are proud to announce a union of fine cuisine and damn fine beer at their Brewer’s Dinner on January 19th. The chefs at Smith will be preparing a four course meal to be paired with four of Odin’s ales and taste buds will surely be delighted. Check out the menu and we’re certain you’ll agree. Odin Brewing Company’s brewers will be on hand to share their beer with you and also to discuss their love of the craft and answer any of the questions that you may have. This event will also be the first opportunity to try Odin’s latest brewing creation; Odin’s Pearl, white ale!
