Populuxe Brewing celebrating its 4th Anniversary with an aloha-style party this Saturday

 

A few months ago we told you about Populuxe Brewing’s expansion plans (read about it). Currently, the Ballard brewery is in the process of building-out the new, larger space next door. I recently followed up and found out that the plan is moving forward, albeit slowly. Permitting, inspections, all that stuff, is taking longer than they’d hoped, but it is what it is.

In the meantime, Populuxe Brewing recently announced that on Saturday, March 18th they will celebrate the brewery’s 4th anniversary with an aloha-style party.  Join them from 3:00 – 6:00 PM and be sure to wear your best Hawaiian shirt.

A commemorative glass featuring the tiki god of beer will be available for purchase and can be filled with special cask beers, like Pineapple Blonde, Blood Orange Double Red, Vanilla Stout, and Double Dry Hopped El Dorado IPA.

Peasant Food Manifesto food truck will offer a traditionally Hawaiian lineup of Poke, Kalua Pork, or Grilled Chicken with white rice and macaroni salad.

Balleywood Creamery will also be there with their innovative and intensely flavored ice creams and sorbets.
