Poulsbo’s Valholl Brewing fires up the kettles

Yesterday we received an email update from Jeff Holcomb, the owner/brewer at Valholl Brewing in Poulsbo. The state finally approved the liquor license and they are now operational. The official release party will take place next month. We will keep you informed as things continue to develop.

Here’s what Jeff had to say:

We did a soft pre release at the Poulsbo Street Dance last weekend which went well. We will be doing our official release brewers night at Tizely’s Europub in Poulsbo in the next 3 or 4 weeks.  We are still working on our tasting room which should be done around the end of September.

After the release party we will be selling kegs to the local area as we make it.
