Rock Bottom Bellevue to Release Fire Chief Ale

On Thursday February 19th the Rock Bottom Brewery in Bellevue will release Fire Chief Ale. This annual release helps support a worthy cause — the Bellevue Firefighters Community Support Foundation (BFCSF). Come help kick things off on the 19th and support the cause. Enjoy the music of the Pop-Offs, a great cover band playing songs from the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, and beyond. Dancing is likely.

Through March 15th, the Rock Bottom will donate 25 cents for each pint sold. Fire Chief Ale is a medium-bodied Red Ale brewed with Mt Hood and Amarillo hops. It is easy drinking and malty with about 5.3% alcohol by volume.

The BFCFS is a non-profit, 501 (c) 3 organization founded in 1999 by members of the Bellevue Fire Department to help those in the community in need of service. The Foundation performs outreach with area children and coordinates activities through Youth Eastside Services (YES) and Hopelink. The BFCSF also helps support firefighters and their families in times of need as well as the Bellevue Fire Honor Guard, a highly regarded group of volunteers who perform flag ceremonies all over Washington and Oregon.
