This specially crafted beer celebrates bicycling in a popular Northwest way—the IPA. Ale-liance IPA contains 5.9% alcohol by volume, 37 IBUs, and is chock full of HopUnion’s Falconer’s Flight and Zythos hop blends. Schooner Exact’s retailers will support Washington Bikes’ work to grow bicycling through advocacy, education and tourism by donating $25 per keg sold.

Ale-liance IPA will be distributed around the greater Seattle Metro area in the coming weeks. You can sample during our Friday Happy Hour events at The Noble Fir (5/2), The Latona Pub (5/9), Schooner EXACT Brewing Company (5/16) and The Pine Box (5/23). The beer will also be on tap at The Sixgill, Beveridge Place Pub, and Brouwer’s Cafe, to name a few.

Barb Chamberlain, executive director of Washington Bikes, remarked, “We enjoy the partnership we’ve developed with Schooner Exact and its benefits for both better bicycling and great beer. We’ve encouraged our membership and supporters to visit the pubs and ale houses where Ale-Liance is stocked, enhancing the already fantastic pub culture in Washington state. In return thanks to the sale of 31 kegs of Ale-Liance beer last year we received nearly $1000 from Schooner to make Washington an even better place to ride a bicycle. And of course, we know our members and supporters will drink and bike responsibly.”

If you’d like to feature Ale-Liance IPA at your establishment please contact Schooner EXACT Brewing Co. at 206.498.8435.
