Chippy’s Fish & Drink in Ballard is one of Chef Ethan Stowell’s many great Seattle dining establishments. Chippy’s is an old-school chip shop featuring fish-n-chips alongside a selection of old-school seaside specialties like Shrimp Louie and Dungeness Crab Rolls. The announcement: On Thursday, March 26, Chippy’s is hosting Ballard’s very own Stoup Brewing for the restaurant’s second Brewer’s Night! There will be three great Stoup beers on draft, available for $1 with any food purchase, and a Stoup representative will be on hand from 6:00 – 9:00 to talk about their great brews.
There will be a version of Chippy’s famous beer-battered fish and chips made with Stoup’s IPA on offer, as well as Stoup beer steamed clams, and, for dessert, ice cream floats made with Stoup’s Porter. The specials are available all night!
