Sumerian Brewing introduces Pink Fram-Bra to benefit Susan G. Komen Puget Sound

Sumerian Brewing has something special planned for the month of October. All month long, the company will pour its Pink Fram-Bra, a barrel-aged framboise, with proceeds benefiting Susan G. Komen Puget Sound, the local chapter of the organization that funds grants to local organizations providing mammogram screenings, breast health education, outreach and treatment support for low-income and under-served women.

During the month-long Beer For Boobs event, Sumerian Brewing will donate one dollar for each pint of Pink Fram-Bra it sells.

About the Beer

To create Pink Fram-Bra, Sumerian Brewing started with its Pilsner as the base and aged it with fresh raspberries. The beer was aged in a Roussanne barrel. Roussanne is a white wine grape grown in the Rhone region of France; the wine itself is most commonly used for blending with other varieties to create classic Rhone wines.
