The Cause You’re Supporting
All proceeds benefit the Boys and Girls Club of South Puget Sound. Wondering how the money is spent? According to the Boys and Girls Club, “We keep our fees affordable for all families, and there is a sliding scale. We offer scholarships to ensure no child is turned away due to inability to pay. In 2010 we provided over $915,000 in scholarships. $1.50 provides a snack to a child. $3 provides a hot meal to a child. Each day we serve an average of 1,300 children in all our Clubs. 1,300 youth are off the streets and engaged in positive activities at our Clubs during the after school hours which is the time where the most juvenile crimes are committed.”

Excited to try Stone and Anderson Valley brews!
Airways Brewing is a jewel of a brewery in the South end with a cool new taproom. Can’t wait to see them in Tacoma and line their beers up with all the other great ones.
I’m looking forward to seeing E9′s beers outside the brewpub.
Cant wait to try whatever Trade Route has on tap!!
Great Divide hopefully they’ll be pouring Hercules DIPA
While I sort of hate to pick a California brewery, Stone is the world class standard in my opinion.
I’m more of a Seattle guy, but love getting down to Tacoma too. Hope I win the tickets!
I really love Scuttlebutt and Pike. These guys have some quality brew
I love 7 seas. They had a “red beer” at the Strange brewfest that was terrific!!!
Definitely Silver City!! Love the Silver City Red.
Can’t wait to try what those boys from Odin’s bring!
Anything Sound Brewing pours is liquid gold! Hoping that they are pouring Monk’s Indiscretion!
From the list of brewers… Scuttebutt is my pick! Their Triple 7 Belgium is one of my all time favs!
Pike Brewing! Kilt Lifter!!!
Silver City rocks the house! As scotch ales grow in popularity, Fat Woody continues to be one of the best examples. Especially love the barrel aged versions. Lost Abbey is another fave due to the variety and experimentation of their Belgian inspired ales.
Lazy Boy is my go to for their solid Porter and German Style Hefe.
Very hard to choose, but if forced, I would choose Lazy Boy. Gotta pick a local one anyway!
There’s a lot of good brewers here and can’t wait to sample! But if I had to pick one it would have to be Wingman.
Wingman Porter blows my mind!
Not enough love for Lazy Boy – like everything of theirs that I’ve tried.
Do love Lazy Boy and Lost Abbey. Will need a chance for tasting side by side to decide.
I’ve always come away impressed by Odin. Looking forward to seeing what they have!
So excited for all the breweries but have a special place for mack and jacks for introducing me to craft beer and changing the way I think about beer.
I like georgtown but excited for all the different breweries especially the local.
All my base are belong to Redhook right now–their Wit is freakin fantastic!
I’d say my current favorite on the list is probably Hopworks. I’m really excited to finally try Wingman!
i can’t wait to see what wingman has after their offerings at the fathers day festival this year.
Looking forward to trying Trade Route Brewing!
Current favorite has got to be Schooner Exact; I can’t get enough of their Profanity Hill Porter!
Been drinking a lot of Deschutes lately, so I’ll go with them.
Widmer still makes the one of the best Hefeweizen’s I’ve ever tasted, but I would be delighted to consider any and all contenders if I’m lucky enough to win.
Mine is Deschutes all the way!
I love Wingman Brewing and am excited to try anything new from them. Always gets me excited when they have a brewers night somewhere.
Odin showed up with a bacon beer last year, so I’m giving them a tip of my hat in internet comment form.
We’ve been to, or sampled the beers from almost all of the breweries listed, so it’s hard to pick a single favorite, but we had such a great time at 7 Seas anniversary party earlier this summer, that I’ve got to put in my vote for them. We’d love to go so we can try the few brewer’s beers which haven’t yet passed through our lips.
My vote goes to Odin — they’re an awesome crew.
Of all these excellent breweries, I’ll have to go with M.T. Head. Their beer is amazing, and when you visit they will give you a tour of the great system they have built over time to make it happen. It gives beerfans and homebrewers alike hope that they can somday live the dream of making beer paying customers will congratulate you for. Cheers.
Anderson Valley!
I’ve been quite impressed with Sound Brewery. I got a laugh over their Reluctant IPA.
My favorite is Pike Brewing. I love hanging out
there when visiting the market.
Silver City Brewery is where it’s at!!!
Love 7 Seas! Can’t wait to spend my birthday with 40 of my closest breweries!
I’m looking forward to trying new beers in general, last year I was one of the first in line when Big Al tapped their cask of pepper beer (Serrano Pepper I believe). I remember sipping the foam off the top and my lips feeling the heat form the peppers. I can’t wait to see what they are going to pull out this year.
I love the Harmon Brewery for their great beer and big hearts.
My favorite brewery on the list is Deschutes! I go down to Portland at least once a month to go to their pub in Portland for one of their amazing seasonals or rotating handles. Although I do seem to go in waves. I grew up in Kent,WA so Airways Brewery is close to my heart and their Sky Hag IPA is tough to beat!
Deschutes is my favorite brewery in the Pacific Northwest. All of the breweries listed are outstanding, but none can match Deschutes for consistent quality across their entire (large) portfolio.
Can’t wait to try some more Lost Abby! Heard lots of good things about that brewery. Also, unibroue, I love all their beers.
Stone Brewing Co!
Craft beer festival is by far the best event in Tacoma, I love it! I definitely have a soft spot for the Harmon brewery and all 3 of their great restaurants.
I guess I’ll just HAVE to postpone my kitchen remodel if I win tickets… darn!
