New Belgium Brewing kicks off a six city “Into The Wild” tasting tour with three nights of food and drink pairings in Seattle February 20-22. The events – which include a sour beer and cheese pairing, sour beer cocktail crafting demonstration, and sour beer and pizza pairing – celebrate the Seattle food and beverage scene and blur the lines of fermentation and innovation within beer and food.

New Belgium’s Wood Cellar Director & Blender, Lauren Woods Limbach, will host the tasting events in collaboration with some of Seattle’s best chefs and beverage experts from local restaurants including The Pine Box, Central Smoke, and The Masonry Fremont. Limbach developed New Belgium’s sour beer program and serves as its chief curator, carefully tasting and blending the barrels, recording their personalities, and bringing them to life. Limbach is a past recipient of Imbibe Magazine’s “Beer Person of the Year” award.
