Brave Horse is proud to host Pfriem Family Brewers and Chuckanut Brewing for its annual Seattle Beer Week dinner. This collaboration dinner reunites Josh Pfriem with the gang at Chuckanut Brewery, a relationship born many years ago when Josh was the lead brewer at Chuckanut, racking up some of the brewery’s first GABF medals. Then Josh moved the family down to Hood River, where he eventually opened his own brewery, Pfriem Family Brewers.

Chef Brian Walczyk is still ironing out the menu for this one, but Brave Horse beer dinners are always amazing. At $60 per person, it will sell out. I guarantee it. Secure your spot here.

Stoup Brewing’s Motueka Sour Lime. Paired with green garlic sausage, fried egg, jalapeño, rice.

Chef Brian Walczyk is doing barbecue platters with smoked brisket, ribs, hot links, white bread and pickles starting at 4:00 pm each day during Beer Week. Brian Dalbey, the beer guru, will pull out some fun cellared kegs of barrel-aged beers to go with the barbecue.
