The Tumwater Artesian Brewfest invites you to enjoy an August afternoon in the shadow of one of Washington’s most historic beer sites, the old Olympia brewery. In fact, along with beer from 50 craft breweries, you can even get Olympia Beer at this brewfest, for nostalgia’s sake. We share the list of breweries below.
The event takes place on Saturday, August 18th and features over 100 beers from regional breweries along with food, music, and games (like supersized beer pong, a beer stein holding contest, giant Jenga, cornhole and more). There will also be cideries, wineries and distilleries serving at the festival.
New this year, the event features a”Brew-mentation” Tent. (Think “brewing” meets “experimentation.”) Meet the brewers, taste specialty brews, and learn about the art of brewing craft beer. Breweries rotate every hour.

Tickets are $25 advance ($20 for military). Save $5 if you buy advance tickets, before Friday, August 17 at 11:00 pm. Designated driver tickets are $10.

Parking
North on Capitol Blvd to right on E St., go straight through yellow gate and cross over
the Deschutes River bridge which takes you down into the old brewery truck lot.
Parking opens at 12:30pm, closes at 9pm. Cost for parking – $5 (cash only). Parking fees benefit Special Olympics
You will have a short 5 minute stroll from the parking lot to the event. Shuttles available for those who require assistance.
