We recently published a story about new brewery openings. Well, this one missed being part of that story by just a few days. Volition Brewing recently opened its brewery taproom very quietly and softly. Here’s what we know. The location is on the main drag in downtown Noth Bend, they are open seven days a week, and by all accounts the beer is good. Well-mannered dogs and well-behaved kids are welcome.
Beyond beer, you can get snacks and prepackaged salads and sandwiches at the taproom. You are also welcome to bring in food or order a pizza for delivery.

As of right now, the hours of operation are as follows.
Monday thru Thursday: 3:00 – 8:00
Friday: 3:00 – 9:00
Saturday: Noon – 9:00
Sunday: Noon – 8:00
I haven’t been able to visit yet, but one review on the brewery’s Facebook page said, “The devotion to quality ingredients and amazing knowledge and customer service is apparent as soon as you walk in the door. You feel like family as soon as you walk in.”
Another said, “Tasty Beer Recipes & Quality Brew! This will be your new favorite local hang out. Prime location downtown North Bend. They did an amazing job remodeling the space, creating a posh setting using reclaimed materials from the building. Owners/staff are very friendly. Good people with a genuine mission to create beer for you to enjoy.”
